Churches of Christ in WA are actively engaging in the process of cultivating the leaders of tomorrow.

We provide platforms to encourage individuals with potential; igniting the flames of those already burning with passion; providing guidance; and extending invitations to our youth and young adults to rise up and lead the next gen in Christ's name!

We have identified the need to be producing and investing in leaders who will be leading the future generation of churches here in Western Australia. To help fan the flame on leadership development for our next generation, COCWA have developed a staffing program, scholarship program, and mentor program.
