Church Health & Planting
We champion the flourishing of existing churches and support the birth of new ones. By providing consulting, training, and resourcing, we help churches grow in vitality, mission, and creative innovation.
Leadership Development & Next Generation
We invest in emerging leaders and the next generation. Through mentoring, training pathways, events, and grants, we nurture young people, accredited ministers, and future leaders for lifelong ministry.
Governance & Safeguarding
We strengthen churches through excellence in governance and safe ministry practice. Training, tools, and support ensure our boards and ministry teams operate with integrity, wisdom, and accountability.
Resourcing & Operations
We steward the CoCWA Resource Centre with relational excellence, providing practical services, centralised resourcing, and operational support that help churches thrive administratively, financially, and legally.
